One of the wonderful things about the Wisconsin Permaculture Convergence is the opportunity to share meals with each other. The planning team works hard each convergence to provide food that nourishes the minds for everyone involved. Below is the planned menu.
Friday
Pot-Luck Dinner
We will be hosting a potluck dinner on Friday evening starting at 5:00pm. Please bring a dish to pass.
Saturday
Potluck Breakfast
The famous “Low Tech Porridge” made with oats, wheat, rye, and flax (a gluten free version with oats will also be available) is on the menu. We will provide sweetener and milk options and ask participants to bring their own toppings such as fruit and nuts.
Lunch
Build your Own Sandwich: A variety of meat, cheese and veggies served with a side salad.
Dinner
Pizza: We’ll be cranking out a variety of 12” pizzas every two minutes to go along with sweet corn and salad. Then comes the desert pizzas!
Sunday

Beverages
Tony from Sacred Blossom Farm will be providing herbal teas during the convergence. Water will be available throughout. Feel free to bring your own beverages to share!
Facilities
You are welcome to cook at your campsites and a refrigerator for Saturday breakfast food storage will be available at the Low Tech Community Center.
Dietary Needs
We will be providing Omnivore and Vegetarian options. If you have specific needs not listed on the menu (gluten free, vegan ect.) please bring what additional food items you need.
Please bring your own plates, cutlery, and cups. A dish washing station will be provided.
If you have food from your gardens and land you would like to share for Saturday lunch and dinner bring it along!
Sales of Tickets with Food
We will be closing down sales for tickets with food included Wednesday, August 21st in order to give our food planning team enough time to prepare. Please snag your ticket(s) ASAP if you would like a ticket that includes meals for the weekend.
